ICU STATEMENT
ICU confirms that its office in Kyiv was today visited by officials from NABU, National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine, in connection with its case against officials of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities in relation to possible violation, No. 52017000000000209, dated 24 March 2017.
As in the past, ICU continues to provide full assistance to law enforcement authorities. ICU has received no claims from the law enforcement authorities regarding these transactions.
ICU continues to operate normally.
