Grigory Ovcharenko, Head of Asset Management at ICU, stated:

"The accurate assessment of macroeconomic trends and the NBU's monetary policy enabled us to make prudent investment decisions that ensured a high return on our pension funds.

Despite the challenges of wartime conditions, the stable operation of NPFs and the increasing need for long-term employee incentives have drawn employers' attention to corporate pension programs. We are actively working with companies and conducting lectures and webinars on financial literacy for Ukrainian and international businesses in Ukraine.

By year-end, Dynasty NPF attracted a record amount of contributions, demonstrating our clients' high level of trust in our company. Our strategic goal is to maintain high sector standards and build a solid foundation for the continued development of the funded pension system in Ukraine."
