The ICU Ventures venture fund, which is part of the ICU group, has invested in the Ukrainian product company Revenue Grid, which develops a platform for revenue operations and intelligence. US fund W3 Capital also participated in Revenue Grid’s $20 million round.
The company's SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform enables customers to automate sales, make them as transparent and manageable as possible, and offers optimal operations management strategies based on artificial intelligence. Revenue Grid, formerly known as Invisible.io (InvisibleCRM), has repeatedly been included in the list of the best startups and product companies in Ukraine. Revenue Grid has more than 170 employees in the United States and Ukraine.
"Revenue Grid is already commercially successful in a developed, competitive field, but they do not stop there. The company develops new products and most importantly - flexibly adapts to market changes and creates new niches in it. The company "teaches" the market by opening new opportunities for its customers and creating competitive advantages for them," said Roman Nikitov, Head of ICU Ventures.
Today, the company has more than 1,200 direct customers, including Hilton, Western Union, Moody's, TripAdvisor, Red Cross and others. In addition, the Revenue Grid platform is used by more than 20,000 customers through partnerships with global CRM vendors SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft and others.
"It is our mission to give companies an unbeatable competitive advantage by completely digitizing their sales processes, and right now we are in the perfect position to expand globally and help companies transform their sales process," said Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of Revenue Grid.
The amount of ICU Ventures investment is not disclosed.
