VALERIA GONTAREVA RESIGNED AS CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD ICU
Kyiv, June 19, 2014. Valeria Gontareva left the post of chairman of the board of directors of ICU and sold her share of the Group.
After the transaction, the shareholders and the managing partners are Makar Paseniuk and Konstantin Stetsenko, as well as the company's management.
V. Gontareva held the position of chairman of the board of directors since 2007.
Under her leadership, ICU has become the largest asset management company of public funds in Ukraine, the largest securities trader and a leader in investment banking.
